To function as a Social Association and to this end to operate as a licensed Club under the Liquor Licensing Act and to hold any License, Permits or Authorities appropriate to any of the Association’s activities and to promote, arrange, sponsor, control, carry on or assist in the furtherance of any social occasions, sporting arrangements, entertainment, educational or travel facilities and other such projects of any kind whatsoever designed to promote pleasure boating.
